Rental Property Management

The Rental Property Management (RPM) Division of RMI was started in 1999 under the leadership of David Krantz.  This division manages over 500 single family homes and condominiums.  RPM’s philosophy stresses constant control and revenue maximization while protecting the asset of the homeowner.
