RMI Management, LLC (RMI) is a full service property management company that has provided management and related property services to homeowner and condominium associations for over 16 years.  We offer a comprehensive range of services that include community association management, rental property management, accounting, financial reporting, collection activities, builder services, maintenance supervision and resale information. 

 

 

 

Today, RMI manages more than 230 Associations representing over 75,000 residential units.  In support of these activities, RMI maintains a staff of nearly 400 employees with offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our goal is to always put the customer first and to maintain and enhance property values through careful management of assets.

 

The diverse expertise of RMI’s management and employees enables us to offer services to existing associations, developers, and builders at any stage of the development process.  We understand this process and work well with developers, builders, attorneys, and engineers.  Our experience extends from smaller subdivisions to master planned communities, condominium conversions and high-rise condominium units.

 

In December 2004, RMI partnered with FirstService Corporation, whose property management division, FirstManagement Partners, is the leading provider of community association management services in the country.  The companies of FirstManagement Partners provide management and other property services to over 850,000 units in 3,500 communities throughout the country, and offer expertise in areas including high-rise planning and management, active adult and master community association management, technology and maintenance.  Kevin Wallace, President of RMI, continues to own a substantial part of RMI and the local management of the Company remains intact. RMI participates actively in Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, and harmonious community associations.
