Our Learning Center incorporates substantial displays and vignettes of actual community features like pool drains & valve systems, plumbing, landscaping, lighting & electricity, different stages of asphalt repair, guard/gate house mechanisms, roofing materials, walls & insulation, and even a concierge desk. All of these display centers also incorporate an audio learning feature to help Community Managers become better equipped and knowledgeable with the components that exist in the communities they manage.
Training seminars and educational opportunities are available to managers and board members on a weekly and monthly basis on various topics such as Basic Accounting & Financials, Budget Workshops, Basic Board Training and Legislative Updates.
In our commitment to education and training, RMI also offers a School of Professional Development which is designed with the future in mind. This program combines off-site training, mentoring, and on-the-job experience with courses such as:
