Kevin Wallace
President & CEO
Kevin joined the company in 1994 as Controller of RMI. His expertise in
systems and organizational structure led to his advancement to Chief Operating
Officer in 1996 and President in 1998. Kevin’s responsibilities as President are to ensure
that day-to-day operations continue to be maintained; to anticipate our clients’ needs
and be prepared to deliver needed services, thus making RMI a proactive versus
reactive company. In addition, Kevin is expected to have a vision of where the
company needs to be in order to propel us into the future; to set a high standard
for professionalism and ethics in our industry; and finally, as Las Vegas’ largest
association management company, to continue to be the industry leader. Kevin
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Prior to joining RMI, Kevin was an audit manager with Ernst & Young,
an international accounting firm. Kevin graduated magna cum laude in accounting
from Utah State University in 1989.
Chris Yergensen
Senior Vice President & Corporate
Counsel
An attorney by trade, Chris has been actively involved on the developer side
with the start-up of condominium associations for high-rise developments.
Chris began his career as a Transactional and Administrative Law Associate
for Jones Vargas, located in Las Vegas. There, he assisted in business
and corporate transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, and assisted
in administrative law transactions related to business, development, real
estate and gaming ventures. Chris represented numerous gaming companies,
among other clients, in the development of multi-billion dollar investments,
including the New York, New York Hotel and Casino, the Paris Hotel and
Casino, and the MGM expansion. In 2000, Chris left the practice of
law to serve as Corporate Counsel for a large apartment and condominium
developer located in Las Vegas. In 2002, Chris joined the original
development team of Panorama Towers in Las Vegas, where he served as President
of the company. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from
the University of Utah and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Whittier
College School of Law in 1995, graduating Magna Cum Laude in the top 5%
of his class. He also received his Masters of Law degree in Corporate
Law from the New York University School of Law.
Tiffany Dessaints AMS, CM, CMCA, PCAM
Vice President
of CAM Operations
Tiffany has been involved in the community association management (CAM) industry
since 1989 and joined RMI in 1996. Tiffany is a certified Supervisory Community
Manager through the Nevada Real Estate Division. Tiffany oversees the daily
operations of the CAM Division including mentoring, assisting, and supervising
the Regional Managers as well as hands-on management when needed. Tiffany
obtained the highly-coveted PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager)
designation in 2005, the highest level of recognition for managers awarded by
Community Association Institute (CAI). Through advanced training and education,
the PCAM designation helps ensure that the manager has the knowledge, experience,
and integrity to provide the best possible service to your association. Furthermore,
she also has obtained her AMS (Association Management Specialist) and CMCA
(Certified Manager of Community Associations) designations through CAI. Tiffany
has served on many committees and continues to be active in CAI.
Jon Ford AMS, CMCA
Vice President of High Rise & Luxury
Division
Jon is responsible for overseeing the hi-rise and luxury properties that
RMI manages. Jon's 20 cumulative years of experience in Public Administration,
including serving as Director of Public Works in both Texas and California,
adds to his expertise that includes all levels and divisions of association
management. Most recently, Jon has served as Regional Manager at
RMI Management and joined RMI with more than eight years of community association
experience in the Las Vegas valley. His experience and leadership has proven
to be of significant value to the community managers and associations under
his supervision.
Arnie Snow, Ph.D.
Vice President of Active
Adult & Large Scale Communities
Arnie is the VP of Active Adult and Large Scale Communities, joining RMI
in February of 2006. Arnie came to RMI from Sun City MacDonald Ranch
Community Association where he was the General Manager of the Community Association
and the Desert Willow Golf Course. Previously, he was the Community
Association Manager for Sun City Anthem Community Association. Prior
to that, he was the Community Manager of the Sharyland Plantation in Mission,
Texas. He has been associated with the management of large scale communities
for over 25 years. He has a Ph.D. and M.Ed. From the University of
Arizona; a BA degree from Utah State University and an AS degree from the
College of Eastern Utah.
Kelly Maguire
Vice President of Operations
Kelly joined RMI in 2009 after serving as a consultant. He is responsible
for overseeing the operations of the organization and ensuring that processes
and systems run smoothly. He has a strong background in data technologies
and system improvements. Kelly received his MBA from Baylor University
and was previously an economics and statistics lecturer at UNLV. He is
also a licensed pilot.
Richard Timpson
Company Controller
Richard Timpson is the Company Controller for RMI, joining our team in 2007. Richard
comes to RMI with over 20 years of financial experience. Most recently,
he served as Controller of Sorenco Laboratories in Salt Lake City. Richard
graduated with a B. S. degree from Brigham Young University in accounting. He
also received his MBA from the University of Utah. Richard is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the
Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA).
Kelly Bahde
Director of Customer Service
Kelly joined RMI in 2001 and brings with her over 12 years of customer service
and client relations experience. She has helped to develop many of
our current programs and is the administrator for both our telephone and
document storage systems. She has supervised our dedicated call center,
our customer service associate team, RMI’s training program and the
specialized teams within the company. Kelly became a certified Community
Manager in 2003 when she received her CM certificate from the Nevada
Real Estate Division. Kelly has committed herself and her team to
assisting RMI in providing the utmost in quality customer service to homeowners
in Nevada.
Heather Herrod
Director of Business Development
Heather joined RMI as Director of Business Development in 2008 and is responsible
for overseeing all marketing and sales initiatives at RMI Management. Heather
has more than a decade of local marketing experience in Las Vegas. She
previously has held a wide range of marketing, special events and related
positions for leading hotel-casinos in Las Vegas. Her primary responsibilities
include the procurement of new business for the company, public relations,
all marketing initiatives and contract administration for RMI's strong
portfolio of communities. Heather is a graduate of the University of Puget
Sound in Tacoma, Washington where she obtained her bachelor's degree in
Business Administration.
Simon Eggington
Director of Information Technologies
Simon joined RMI in 2005 as the Director of Information Technologies (IT). He
has over 12 years of experience in IT and Telecommunications systems and
specializes in flexible, secure and reliable converged voice/data infrastructures. Simon’s
primary focus is to help maintain RMI’s position as the leader in the
HOA industry through the application of cutting-edge technology. This
will be achieved in part through highly available and collaborative data
storage, information retrieval, and unified messaging environment. In
combination, this technology will enable RMI to streamline business processes,
improve efficiency and reduce response times for RMI and its customers.
Kristin Cullens
Director of Human Resources
Kristin joined RMI in 2007 with a strong background in Human Resources administration.
Her responsibilities include the procurement and staffing of talented employees,
performance management, compliance with regulatory concerns, employee relations,
policy development, compensation and benefits administration. She has gained
her experience by working in several different industries including public
utility, casino, construction, and most recently in the financial sector.
Kristin previously was the HR Director at Silver State Mortgage where she
oversaw more than 800 employees in 15 states. She is a Las Vegas native
who enjoys the personal and professional growth she has gained through
her career of working with people. Kristin has her PHR (Professional of
Human Resources) designation and graduated with a degree in Social Work
and a minor in Business Administration from Pacific University.
Jennifer Ballew CM, CMCA
Director of Training & Development
Jennifer Ballew joined RMI Management in 2008 to develop and oversee our
Manager Development Program. In her role as Director of Training & Development,
she is responsible for the design, development, oversight, and implementation
of all RMI and FSR training initiatives to educate and develop existing and
new employees. Prior to joining RMI, Jennifer worked for a national homebuilder
in the Las Vegas Valley for over four years in creating and developing homeowner
associations, serving on homeowner association boards and guiding homeowner
associations through the transition process. Jennifer became a certified
Community Manager in 2005, and in 2009 became a certified Supervisory Community
Manager through the Nevada Real Estate Division. She has also obtained her
CMCA designation and a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada Las
Vegas in 2003.
David Krantz
Vice President Real Estate Services
David joined RMI in 1999 as Director of Property Management for single-family
homes. He has more than 16 years of licensed real estate experience
ranging from property management to sales and marketing of residential
homes, as well as new home construction. This division currently
oversees the management of over 1200 rental homes in the Las Vegas Valley. David’s
responsibilities increased when he became the Corporate Broker for RMI
in 2002. David is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
Steven Parker
President, Red Rock Financial
Services
Steven Parker, a long time real estate and mortgage executive recently joined
Red Rock Financial Services as its President. Parker is responsible for the
daily operations of Red Rock Financial Services, a leading collection agency
for community associations throughout Southern Nevada. Red Rock Financial
Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of RMI Management Services, LLC, Southern
Nevada's largest and most experienced full-service community association
and property management firm. Parker has previous experience as the Chief
Operating Officer of Silver State Mortgage in Las Vegas and brings a diverse
and experienced background to Red Rock Financial Services. Parker is a graduate
of Brigham Young University with degrees in both business and organizational
behavior.
Joel Just
Vice President of Business
Development, Red Rock Financial Services
We are pleased to announce that we have added the position of Vice President
of Business Development for Red Rock Financial Services. Joel Just, who has
led regional and national sales teams for companies such as Texas Instruments
and Phillips Electronics, has joined the RMI team in this position. Joel
started his career in Engineering and Management after graduating with a
BSEE from the University of Idaho. He has been involved with numerous startups
and large growth companies in varying fields including Contract Manufacturing,
Super Computers, Networking, Linux Software, Medical Equipment, International
Regulatory Consulting, and Energy Conservation holding business titles from
Director to CEO. Joel is a talented executive who will add a significant
skill set to the Red Rock Financial Services team.
