TENANT REGISTRATION PROGRAM

Your Key to a Safe Community

The Tenant Registration Program (TRP) is a comprehensive program for monitoring and administering the leasing of units in common-interest communities.

By requiring the enrollment and registration of every unit within the community, including all leases issued in a participating Community, the program ensures widespread compliance with all Community rules and regulations. The Tenant Registration Program collects updated contact information for all owners and tenants on a recurring basis and assists management in helping to protect, maintain and enhance the property values within the community.
