We offer both “live” and “virtual” concierge services that can be tailored specifically to meet your property’s needs. From limousine service to dog walking, housekeeping to airline reservations, car washing to theatre tickets – the list is endless. If it is possible, our concierge services and concierge technology will provide it at a moment’s notice.

These are some of the tools that can be used by concierge and residents alike:

  • Valet
    • Residents see an icon of each car they own and can select it via the web. This selection is transmitted for acceptance by the valet. Once accepted, the resident receives notification that the valet is retrieving their car.
  • Dining
    • Access to Open Table to make dining reservations at local restaurants. You may also have the concierge make dining reservations on your behalf.
  • Concierge Request System
    • You may use the software to select options from a preset list of concierge requests. These selections are uploaded to the concierge desk for fulfillment.
