RMI provides all of the association management services necessary to operate a successful association for communities of all sizes – from small neighborhood subdivisions to large master-planned communities. We offer on-site and off-site property management and association management, administrative support staff, financial and accounting services, communications and maintenance programs and many other turnkey services. The depth of our resources, along with the expertise of our highly experience staff, allows us to work with existing associations, developers and builders at any stage of the development process.
From the inception of a community association, our goal is to implement association management processes that simplify community management for both board members and homeowners alike. RMI has created a specialized team for the management of condominium properties. These types of communities may have additional or added complexity that requires more hands on association management. Our team is led by a Regional Manager with many years in condominium and maintenance management.
Our staff is trained to understand the conversion process and is able to work with the Declarant and the owners and assist them through the process.
We offer maintenance and porter services to ensure that the grounds are maintained to the highest standards. We also provide on-site administrative support and/or management, as needed. RMI assumes responsibility for the personnel including recruitment and screening, drug testing and criminal background checks, as well as, initial and ongoing training.
