I need a Resale Package, Lender Questionnaire, Demand Statement, or Foreclosure Package. How can I order one?

My lender or bank requires their own custom lender questionnaire and cannot use the standard lender questionnaire available on the website, how do I go about getting the custom form completed?
Click here to go to the "Order a Resale or Lending Document" page. If you haven't registered, you will need to do so. You can pay for your order online. Once payment is received you will receive a cover letter and instructions to submit your custom questionnaire for completion.
I do not have a user name and password. How do I log in?
Click here to go to the "Order a Resale or Lending Document" page and click the "Register Here" button. Enter all requested information. Your username will be your email address and you will be prompted to create the password.
Do I have to pay in advance for the item(s) I need?
Yes. Payment is only taken in advance with a credit/debit card online. Checks can only be taken with the paper request form (see below).
I do not have a credit card or do not want to use one to order. Is there any other way to pay?
If you want to pay with a check, you must request a paper order form and mail it to the WelcomeLink processing center. To get the paper request form, contact WelcomeLink at 1-888-679-2500. It is required that you obtain a separate form for each order you place.
I do not have a computer. How can I order a package?
Call WelcomeLink at 1-888-679-2500 to request a paper request form that can be sent to you via fax, email, or U.S. Mail. The form will need to be returned to WelcomeLink, using the address or fax number at the top of the form, with payment for the order.
I do not have the ability to order online. Can you complete my order in your office?
Our packages are only processed online and with the paper request order form.
How can I tell if my order went through?
You should receive a confirmation page at the end of the order process, which can be printed and retained for your records. Also, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided during the ordering process. If you would like to check the status of an order or view your order history, you may login and navigate to the "My Orders" or "My Account" page of the website.
How will my order be delivered?
Demands, Resale Packages, Questionnaires, and Foreclosure Packages will be sent via email or fax, depending on the method chosen when the order is placed.
How much will my order cost?
How do I obtain a Demand for an account in collections?
Contact RMI's Resale & Disclosure Department at 702.940.7076. The contact information for the appropriate collection agency will be provided.
I ordered a Demand online, and I need to request an updated Demand. What do I do?
Click here to go to the "Order a Resale or Lending Document" page. Log in with the email address and password you used at the time you registered. Click "My Account" on the upper left hand side of the screen and select the order for which you need the update. One free update is available within 45 days of the day the order began processing.
I already have some of the documents. Do I have to order a complete package?
Yes. We only offer complete packages. The documents are continually amended, added to and revised. Some documents change on a monthly basis, including financials. It is vital that the buyer receive the most accurate and up-to-date information for the Association in which they are purchasing.
I need a copy of my Association documents for my personal use. Do I have to order a Resale
No; all Association governing documents are posted to each Association website for homeowners to view.
If I live in multiple Associations, do I need to have multiple Demands and Resale Packages?
Yes. If a unit is governed by multiple Associations, the system will require any user entering that unit address to order all Demands and Seller's Packages for all applicable Associations.
The person who ordered our Demand/Questionnaire/Resale Package is out of the office. Can you change the delivery to someone else?
Yes. If the order has not been sent, we can simply change the fax number or email address. If the order has already been sent, we can resend Questionnaires and Demands to someone else. However, once a Seller's Package has shipped via UPS, we have no way of changing the delivery address. In such cases, you should contact 1-800-PICK UPS to make delivery arrangements.
What is the status of my order?
To check the status of an order, log in and select “My Account” in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. You will see a summary of your orders, including current status. If you are not the person who ordered the documents, you must contact the Transfer and Disclosure Department at 702.940.7076 to inquire on the order status.
